Klub putovných džínsov 1 - Prvé lásky
Tínedžerky Carmen, Bridget, Tibby a Lena sú priateľky od narodenia. Spoznali sa vďaka svojim mamám, ktoré spolu chodili na tehotenský aerobik a čakali deti v tom istom mesiaci. Dievčatá sa priatelia ešte aj teraz, keď sa ich mamy už veľmi nestretávajú. Na konci školského roka sa však aj ony musia načas rozlúčiť.
Lena ide na prázdniny do Grécka, Bridget do futbalového tábora v Mexiku, Carmen do Južnej Karolíny za otcom, len Tibby zostáva doma a chystá sa brigádovať v obchode. Pred odchodom sa všetky stretnú u Carmen a Tibby jej v šatníku objaví džínsy, ktoré kúpila v second-hande. Pôvodne ich chcela vyhodiť, ale ostatným dievčatám sa páčia, a tak si ich vyskúšajú a neveria vlastným očiam. Aj keď majú rozličné postavy, džínsy dokonale sedia všetkým štyrom. Tak sa rozhodnú stretnúť večer v telocvični, kam chodievali ich mamy, a založia Klub putovných džínsov, ktorý má vlastné stanovy a prísne pravidlá. Dohodnú sa, že si zázračné džínsy budú posielať a potom na ne napíšu svoje prázdninové zážitky. Tie sú naozaj bohaté.
